The European Universities Debating Championship (EUDC) is Europe’s largest and most prestigious university debating tournament, bringing together hundreds of outstanding students from leading universities across the continent and beyond. Over the course of a week, participants engage in intensive rounds of competitive debating on contemporary political, economic, and social issues, judged by experienced adjudicators from the international debating circuit.
EUDC gathers a highly engaged, international group of young individuals and future decision-makers from a broad range of disciplines. The championship combines high-level competition with workshops, public events, and a structured social programme, creating an event firmly committed to accessibility and rigorous constructive public debate.
